Anju Blaxxx Wins Producer Of The Year Award

Anju Blaxxx has done it again. 2014 is off to a great start for the award winning producer. Anju Blaxxx has yet another notch in his production-award-belt, and for the second consecutive year it’s the Youth View Awards, where he’s taken a win in the Producer Of The Year category.



And how does Anju Blaxxx keep the hits coming? Well, however you slice it, the producer is a legend in the making. Born Andrew Myrie, Anju Blaxxx is intent on making an indelible mark this year, as the accomplished yet humble producer, continues to churn hits upon the hits.



In a press release sent to the Friday Star, UIM Records announced that, “We are now working on new projects with Robert Livingston. Also, albums are in the pipelines for artistes: Popcaan, Bugle and Tommy Lee. There will be new projects for our dedicated fans with international recording star Movado, we recently released the Redlight District rhythm featuring: Blak Diamon, Jah Cure, Popcaan, Agent Sasco, Shane O, Beenie Man, Elephant Man, Vybrant, Seya among others. Everyone should be on the look out for songs produced from the highly anticipated Chris Martin and Jah Cure album. There is also a new rhythm set to be released in March titled the Punjabi rhythm, which boasts artistes: Movado, Konshens, Blak Diamon, Popcaan, Tommy Lee, Shaneo, Keely, Chase Cross, and more.”

With some of 2013’s biggest dancehall hits in his back pocket, not to mention the deluge of hits created, Anju Blaxxx further shared, “ We are currently promoting a Blak Diamon song titled: BANG BANG….It’s A Grunda Grundgy, which is an old school flow, I am also working on his Ep that has six (6) tracks with a whole new direction, and we are currently shooting videos for his song on Love Triangle rhythm and his single BANG BANG.

















Meanwhile, UIM and senior producer Anju Blaxxx, are now narrowing their focus on artistes: Blak Diamon, Iyah Champs, Luec Mar, Shaneo, Vybrant, Keely and Seya.



Circling higher in altitude, ever closer to the Kingston sun, Anju Blaxxx reflects, ”I want to sincerely thank everyone for their votes, also want to thank my team, and most of all God for all the support. We have a lot in store this year, it will definitely be a good year in music.”
