Bad Intro Riddim Reloaded (Feb 2013)
Acoustic tunes are hot in dancehall at the moment. Outdeh Records recently brought Acoustics riddim, Headconcussion just came in with a 'new' acoustic-like Vybz Kartel tune, and here's Payday Music with its Bad Intro Riddim Reloaded.
As said, the acoustic guitar is very prominent on the riddim, but it's supported by a nice and smooth beat.
A perfect riddim for the vocally strong artists to show their skills! And they do. The ever strong performing Lutan Fyah, Bugle with a nice tune, and Kalado showing why he is a rising star in the business.
The biggest surprises allthough, come from Iyara and Dexta Daps. Iyara, because he's actually known for his DJ-ing, here he is singing... and he's doing a great job! His 'Why We' is one of the best tracks pon the riddim. The other special claim goes to Dexta Daps, his tune 'Nicky' is wicked!
Check all tunes on this riddim in this nice mix, even a exclusive remix is included here with Rihanna's 'Umbrella', which actually fits pretty nice on the riddim as well.
Tracklist:
1. Lutan Fyah - Farin Babymother
2. Iyara - Why We
3. Bugle - Gimme Weh Mi Ask Fah
4. Kalado - Life On Whole
5. Waspp - Nuh Fi A Share
6. Charly Black - Love At First Sight
7. Kim Kelly - Never Let You Go
8. Omari - That Time
9. Rihanna - Umbrella (DJ Dreman Remix)
10. Daville - Girls Dem Love We
11. Solution - Let It Be
12. Dexta Daps - Nicky
